Project ‘Respectfully Yours’ 2019
(©) What intrigues me is the possible backgrounds of so many peoples seeking new homes and safe havens. Inhabitants in cities, wanderers between countries. Coming from an every day life and lost in economic and war situations. What is their perception on their future life, their expectations, their hopes, their view on fellow men.
From this line of thinking I transformed an imaginary context, using the same surface and the same size in all 9 works, with mixed media on khadi paper.
I try through my art to pay them respect.
